Gentlemen of the guru, recommend a 3D engine for modeling a small city.
A scripting engine is needed to create an interactive 3D city model with non-standard objects (houses, landscape, etc.). It is desirable (but not necessary) that the work with the finished model can be carried out using a browser. The server part is preferable on the Windows platform.
