How to make 3D models from a photo not perfectly accurate?

Good afternoon, inhabitants of this world :)
I have been doing 3d modeling for a long time, but there is one problem that slows me down a lot!
Basically I am a modeler of the game world and often make models of architecture from photos, but I am such a "perfectionist" that when I see a photo, I do everything exactly the same! That is, I observe absolutely all proportions, the number of windows, the angle of the roof and other little things. It takes a lot of time to create such models, and I don’t need such accuracy, but my brain is so stuck in this accuracy that I just don’t know how to deal with it! Recently I came across a video where the comparison of models from the game "Stalker" with the real world. Honestly, I was a little shocked at how inaccurate the models are, and they are all inaccurate there! Maybe there are people who will advise how to fight this perfectionism ...
here are a couple of screenshots from reality and the stalker:

They clearly show that the models in the overall picture are similar, and if you look closely, even the number of windows sometimes does not match reality! I hope for your help and hints :)
Maybe there is some kind of scheme for cutting details on objects that are not so important for appearance?
I know about not respecting the sizes, but even so it takes an insanely long time ...

Models for games should not correspond to the real world, but should correspond to the requirements of game designers. Until you learn this - you are not a modeler of the game world.
Well, and so - get a ruler (I recommend a metal one), and beat yourself on the hands when there are bouts of perfectionism.

Etch (and clean) and along the main lines separating large areas, build the model.
Then apply only the texture that is needed for these areas (and separating paths).
Everything else is not simulated.
(or you can first reduce the colors, blur with a gaussian and then etch and sharpen / contrast / levels)

It's not curable. It is better to find a place where these qualities will be appreciated - for example, the real world, real construction.
