Where will the data be stored after the Yarovaya package is accepted?

After accepting the spring package, operators will be required to store all user traffic.
My question is this: will operators be required to create (read buy and build) their own capacities for storing this data, or will they be able to buy or rent racks / storage systems in third-party data centers?
Is there any official information about this already?
If it’s quite straightforward, for a better understanding of the issue, then let’s say I have my own data center. Will I be able to provide data storage services to operators and providers?

Не понимаю, откуда столько проблем придумали. С каких пор хранение логов стало обременительным? Недавно в Мегафоне запрашивал расшифровку и оказалось, что могут предоставить за любой период с момента подключения (2008г.).

Строить.
Покупать не у кого.
Мелким - да, сможешь.
Если вообще осилишь поднять датацентр на многие пентабайты данных.
Там все равно все шифроваться будет.
Так что никаких специальных лицензий под это не требуется.

Придется пользоваться мобильными в крайних случаях, а интернетом - только через MosMetro_FREE. Если и тот не станет платным.
