Where to write the keys and description of the blog on Wordpress?

Hello!
Do I need to prescribe keys and a description for a Wordpress blog (meaning not for each post, but for the whole site).
If so, where is it done in the admin panel?

You have the Yoast Seo plugin installed. In older versions there was a separate window where you could set "keys" for the Main. Now, the metadata for the Home page and for other pages is set on the edit page of a particular page / post. You can set a common template for pages, posts, custom post types, taxonomies in the plugin settings.

in general for the site - this is probably the default for the Home page and all other pages for which you will not manually do this?
What prevents you from installing All in One SEO Pack or Yoast SEO - they have everything you need and even more)
