We need hosting for a small VKontakte bot on Python with the ability to save files. I tried Python anywhere, but there is such a system in seconds, and the bot in VK, as it were, is waiting for a message in a conversation and is used all the time, so it’s not suitable

pythonanywhere is fine if you rewrite the bot under the callback api and place it as a web application.
