How can vk.com publics/groups be categorized?

Contact API provides some list of groups/publics. Unfortunately, there is little useful information in them, the fields that are significant for analysis are the name and description (which sometimes does not correspond to the topic at all). Is there any way to get, for example, the rating (top 10) of the keywords found in the title and / or description from this set?
If you just cut by words with a frequency count, you get a lot of garbage (prepositions, pronouns, etc.). Of course there is an option to filter them out. Perhaps there is another algorithm/library?
