Hello.

There is a site on Bitrix (8GB). About 500,000 views per day, 1200-1700 users online. Now the site works on VPS (Russia): Centos7 OS, 4.5 GB Memory, 4x2 GHz Processor, 60 GB SSD - 4000r/m.
The provider began to periodically fail and we are losing visitors, but they can’t figure it out at least. They answer like you have search robots put the site and all that. For the last 4 days the site has been down for almost 3 hours. For us, this is unacceptable.

Please advise where to transfer the site (company and tariff). Where it is safe and stable. Budget 4000-6000t./R. Maybe not to Russia, but you need a good ping. Please respond to those who have highly loaded sites and can share their real experience without referral links.

Provider failure is one thing, server optimization and configuration with cms is another.
Find out what the problem is first, otherwise changing vps will not help.

4000-6000? Dedicated server at hetzner.de. They have a good channel and a large selection of tariffs. And Russian-language support is available.

In the case of Bitrix. Transfer may not help. If the performance problems are so serious, you need to think about switching to another engine. Bitrix is good at the initial stage of company development. Further, it makes sense to invest in the development of your product.
