One link different content. Mystic?

Hello.
I'm editing the site on Bitrix. I ran into a very strange problem - when you first open an internal link, a page with content is loaded, everything is ok. On subsequent openings of the same link, there is no content, only its title. I am attaching screenshots for clarity. And for those who are not too lazy - the site bxartbanda.impact-agency.ru section "Schedule of courses"
I'm not familiar with Bitrix, so perhaps the solution lies somewhere on the surface

Most likely, there is a bug in the component template. Post the component template code that is responsible for this.
