Binding to infoblock elements with unique values?

Hello!
I have an infoblock with cars, I bind characteristics from another infoblock, but how can I set unique values for these characteristics in cars? For example, fuel consumption, each car will have its own.
Approximate example:
prnt.sc/a0n7f0
Only by standard means.
Help, I've already broken my head.

It turns out that the binding is needed in order to get the values of the bound property (for example, the name and something else) and this serves as a text identifier for the characteristic, and in parallel, you need to set the value of this characteristic, right?
Then consider this binding option: the property type in the cars infoblock is String , and in the detailed settings check the box "Display a field to describe the value
"
