Where to test the feedback form?

Hello!
I need to make a feedback form that will send data from the form to the mail. At the moment I don’t have hosting, it will be ready only in 2 days, I can’t wait 2 days. How can I set up an environment, perhaps local, perhaps free hosting at the moment, to test how it works. This is my first time doing a feedback form. For example, I would like to do everything on the test one, but on the finished one, just transfer and replace email, and that would work. Help me please!
