Where to study web design?
Hello!
There is a great desire to engage in web design and work in this area.
I would like to ask, who studied where, paid / free, what can be mastered on their own, what generally needs to be mastered in order to get a job in this area?
Google, come across all sorts of online coaching, with dubious reviews.
I read about wayup, even took a free course there, saw the WDI web design school, skillbox and the like.
I don't know if it's worth going there.
I also saw various "schools" that allegedly teach everything in 12 thousand and 10 lessons, but it seems that this is completely nonsense.
Prior to that, he studied for the first year at the DH School of Design (St. Petersburg) with a degree in graphic design. The money spent was decent, but it was not worth it, a lot of water, very little use.
Wouldn't want to be that way again.
Now I'm trying to pass the HTML-academy.
I would like to hear advice.

bangbangeducation.ru is insanely cool. They don’t just teach how to draw pixels, but develop design thinking. Gorbunov's courses, in my subjective opinion, are for those who are already a +/- designer and improve their skills, and bang bang allows you to reset to zero (or instill correct thinking in zero), teach you to study design, where to study and what specifically. Google at least the performances of Dmitry Karpov on YouTube. He infects with design.
PS: I am a front-end developer and my opinion is absolutely not subjective.
You need to have a wonderful taste: to understand when it's beautiful and when it's not. You have to be a crazy creative who comes up with out-of-the-box ideas every day to make websites.
And no one will teach you this. For 10,000 or for 100,000 - it doesn't matter.
it.easyum.ru/courses/web-design-ui-ux/ - my friend and I love. Izium teach web design from scratch. excellent full-time and online courses)) a lot of practice. after the release, the designer's portfolio is immediately ready. much easier to find a job. especially the first one.
