Is the use of stock (stock illustrations) professional?

Hello!
I'm creating an illustration for the start page of a website.
And suddenly I thought about the great thing: using stock illustrations to create your own design/illustration IS IT NORMAL?
Well, I mean, the use of not the whole illustration, but some elements, such as little men, tables, chairs.
Or is it a big sin and atata for a designer? And you have to draw absolutely everything in the project with your own hands, even if it takes a long time?
PS All illustrations are PURCHASED on the drain.

at Lebedev's they draw everything themselves - you can look at the price tag
for simple designers - professionally, especially since stocks are updated and you can find unused pictures
