Where can I get legal advice on the contractual relationship between a freelance designer and a company?

Taking advantage of my legal illiteracy, company x signed a deliberately uncomfortable contract with me (the designer). The company took on the role of an intermediary-manager between me and a certain large client *

In the process of work, there were constant demands for immediate corrections (including after hours), which led to a shift in deadlines. The work was also accompanied by moral humiliation, accusations of unprofessionalism, and so on.

A week after the company agreed to accept and pay for the work (cutting the amount of the contract in half), new regular “edits” suddenly appeared from the original client. Thus, I have been forced to work for 2.5 months on this obviously unprofitable project without any payment.

I have Skype logs of negotiations with the company, fully confirming all of the above. What is required is a specialist who can study the “slave” contract and find ways out of it, recognizing my work as duly performed, and also paying the entire amount in full.

I would also like to consider the possibility of publishing data about this company - it is absolutely known that I am not the only designer who doubts the honesty of its actions. And definitely not the last specialist she plans to attract.

Is it even possible to create a high-quality resource dedicated to the legal issues of interaction between customers and freelancers, as well as legal entities among themselves? There are certainly high-quality specialists on Habré.

Thank you!

Good afternoon. Throw off the contract in a personal, I'll show my lawyer, maybe he'll tell you something.
Inconvenient contracts are the norm, and they usually do. Regarding the publication of the name of the company - do not rush, it may be worth postponing the publicity.
Regarding the creation of a resource, freelancers raise this issue every month, but they haven’t created anything worthwhile. For the resource to work, funds are needed to pay lawyers who will study contracts and make verdicts. And so, you can post your history of cooperation on the badlist, however, you are to blame, since you signed such an agreement. The contract must always be read.
