When should you turn the hourly pay timer on UpWork on and off?
I received my first order on Upwork. This is an hourly project with a limit of 10 hours per week. I installed the UpWork program on my laptop to control hourly work. And the question arose:
The fact that I read and analyze the TK for 15 minutes - should this already include paid time or not?
further: At first, I will spend about 30 minutes - an hour figuring out the code on the basis of which I will have to work. Does this time count or not? How do you do - when you turn on and when you turn off the timer?
Thanks for answers.

How to correctly count the hours with "hourly pay"?
I usually bill everything, except for Skype conversations and googling some things that I myself am ashamed not to know :)
I'm not sure if this is correct, I'm just sharing my experience.
Depending on what you have an agreement with the customer. I recommend keeping track of hours, how much and what you spend. Thus, you can protect yourself from questions like "why so long" and "what were you doing at that time"
Whenever you are doing this task. This is your time spent on this task, it costs money and it must be paid.
