Hey! I store a lot of pictures and videos on DigitalOcean. Recently, traffic of 1TB per month began to exceed the quota. Because of this, the price tag has skyrocketed. Tell me, where can I store files more cheaply?

I'm thinking about Cloudflare but don't know how it works. Will he be able to store files on the free plan? Will it have additional storage rates even on the free plan? Is there any quota for traffic per month?

You should look for a service called "high bandwidth VPS", "high traffic VPS" and the like. Choose a provider yourself based on real reviews about reliability.
Also, I definitely met tariff plans where traffic is indicated as "unlimited 10Mbps", "unlimited 100Mbps", etc. There may also be "unilimited No. Mbps uplink".
Well, there are providers who simply write "Unlimited" in the "bandwidth" field, but there probably still has some kind of fair use policy, i.e. a copy of Youtube will not work.
