Where to store home photo archive?
The question may seem trivial at first glance. But I blunted something with the choice of home photo archive storage.
Here are my requirements.
1. A copy of the archive on a local disk is not required to lie. Here we immediately kick off services in the style of Dropbox
2. Uploading to the cloud should be automatic (not instantly, but on schedule). Those. I have a folder. I put new files in it. I create subfolders. All this goes to the cloud. BUT!!! See point 1. If I then delete these files, then they should remain in the cloud!
3. It should be possible to view the photo archive in the browser.
4. It should be possible to take everything relatively easily and immediately from the cloud to your local disk.
5. See point 4: to get in the original quality! This is a spit in the direction of Picasa. I upload files there, several megabytes in size, and he uploads them back to me in the client (namely in the client) truncated. BUT you can get the originals through a Web browser, though one file at a time . Those. in the cloud they are exactly stored in the original, but for some reason they are downloaded truncated.
These are my "quirks"
What service can you recommend to me?

I store files using owncloud software. at home "server" on the atom and fribsd. There is an option to synchronize several servers (but hands do not reach to try). Backups of content can be merged into a third-party cloud after being encrypted.
Of the minuses, it is time-consuming to set up (never a three-step installer) and dubious reliability - if you do not make backups with one server, there is an option for the disk to die. In this case, the data will remain available locally, but there will be no synchronization.
Of the benefits - you are practically unlimited in terms of storage space
I store locally + a copy on an external drive + periodically backup the archive under a password in a dropbox
