Where to store custom fields with information about the computer in the registry for further remote auditing?
I want to organize "labels" for computers in an organization with a domain network by reading a key in the registry. I suppose there is some standard key with a comment, or something else similar, so as not to create separate keys at all. Next, I will massively go through the scanner and read the string from the key.

If we are talking about inventory:
Why this solution is no good compared to QR codes on the side of system engineers:
1) The computer may be turned off or broken at the time of the check. The inventory checks the fact of the availability of equipment, and not its serviceability
2) In the process of maintenance, the hardware can move to another building. A special procedure is needed to rewrite the tag.
3) What should be done with everything that is not a system unit during inventory - printers, monitors, UPS? Should I have a separate account for them?
If we are talking about identifying machines on the network:
In AD, machines already have such an identifier - this is a banal computer NAME.
I guess there is some standard key with a comment, or something similar
The essence of the question is not clear.
You ask where to store information, and immediately answer what you need to store in the registry.
