How to make Pure-ftpd work in passive mode on MGTS network?

Hello, friend.
Taki got me Mgts with his pretzels - I just can’t get Total Commander to work in ftp mode.
I tried to set up a tunnel according to the manual https://lists.altlinux.org/pipermail/community/200...
So the connection goes on, but there is no listing of directories and files, just the very fact that I went to the server - and where did xs go.
The whole problem is that the remote server is trying to open a different port than 21, so I'm sitting behind NAT with a gray IP 10.*.* - I can't open a connection to the server that is trying to initiate it.
Question - is there a way to force the remote server stupid in passive mode?
So how do people work? Can what programlin is for automatic creation of the tunnel? Putty somehow crookedly "works" - that is, it doesn't work at all ..
Fucking mgts gpon .....

What does the provider have to do with it?

Yes, elementary, your client must tell the server that it will work in passive mode. And the server will wait for the connection.
The whole problem is that the remote server is trying to open a different port than 21
Port 21 is used for the control connection. The client accesses port 21 of the server. The server does not try to open it. The server accesses exactly the port that your client told him - this is any port from the range 1024-65535.
