Where to start the promotion of a psychologist?

Good afternoon. Tell me, please, what is the best way to throw your strength and modest resources when the task is to promote the services of an online psychologist? The city of a psychologist is small, you can’t get many face-to-face clients, so the goal is to capture online spaces.
And a banal question, but is SEO necessary for a psychologist at all? It is expensive, but I don’t see the point in competing for high positions in search results with another million online psychologists. I think this competition will cost a fortune. Or am I wrong? I do not understand this technology, tell me what is worth paying for and what is not worth wasting time on. Thank you.

1. Fast: landing + YAN/CMS + contextual advertising + targeted advertising landing on the site + site advertising in other groups + remarketing (retargeting
) targeted advertising with landing in a group + advertising of your group in other groups
3. Long: email marketing
4. Long: blog on the site (it will also give SEO traffic at the same time)
With 1 you will get customers immediately, but more expensive than 2-3 -4. At the same time, after 2-6 weeks, the cost of traffic will decrease → the cost of the client will also fall.
2. It will be cheaper in the long run, but you will get clients in 3-6 months after the start of the project.
3. Very cheap, but the term is also long, from 4-6 months.
4. Practically free if you generate content yourself. The term is the longest, from 6 months.
In total, I recommend doing this:
I. Make a landing page
II. Launch traffic to the landing page (see point 1)
III. Parallel writing content for blog/email marketing/groups in social networks
IV. After the minimum content (at least 10 posts), start promotion of groups + continue to generate content (at least 1 post per day)
V. Post content to your blog (for SEO)
VI. Create separate landing pages for information requests, land on them with YAN / CMS, offer a lead magnet, collect emails and launch email newsletters.
VII. Constantly measure and analyze the link "conversion of traffic to a lead + conversion of this lead to a client" is mandatoryfrom each traffic source separately . Find out the most profitable and promising sources, and increase the budget on these sources, reducing it on others (or completely turning it off).
VIII. Don't forget about A/B testing of ads/headlines/images and landing elements.
About SEO. If you create good content for your site, SEO will come by itself. I don't recommend doing paid SEO, it's worth it relativelyexpensive, long term (from 4-6 months), no one can guarantee the result. At the same time, at any time, the search engine will change the algorithm and your positions will fall. So my opinion is that rather than spending your budget on SEO, it’s better to spend it on any other paid traffic sources, and only when their resource is exhausted and the current organic traffic to the site is not enough, then pay for SEO.
In any case, get ready to spend tens of thousands of rubles in the first months after the launch of the project.
And most importantly, do not rush to draw conclusions for each traffic source before there will be at least 500-1000 transitions from this traffic source and earlier than in 1-2 months.

Hi
1) What city is the psychologist in? If this is competitive Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosib, etc., then try to break through your blog and post information in various psychologist generators. You can look for some free requests where there is no competition and potentially good traffic.
2) If this is a small city, then it is possible through direct on direct requests.
Considering the amount of spam even for 100% paid queries (99.9% of it is there), paying for direct in cities with a lot of competition is stupid. You can expensively catch up with traffic, but there will be no exhaust.
