I want to create an application with little functionality, but I don't even know where to start.
In order not to spend months studying a language that will not help to realize the task, I decided to ask a question.
I need an application that will go to youtube in a creative studio and then analyze views, then take a screenshot and go to VK, after which the previously received screen will be sent to a specific user.
With what language can this be done? And if it doesn’t make it difficult, then I will be happy with advice on what literature to start studying to perform such actions in the program.

You didn't specify which platform the app will be for. But in general, this can be implemented in any language without any problems. For example, in python, such functionality can be implemented in a few minutes using selenium to get screenshots and one of the libraries for working with VK (vk, vk_api, aiovk...).

Start with any programming language, but start with easier tasks.
Once you understand how programming works, stop asking questions like that.
You can solve the problem in almost any language.
For a solution, in addition to language, you need to understand technology.
