How to reply to youtube comments?

Since I started a google+ page, I can't reply to comments from other users, the
accounts are linked, but I can neither delete the + page nor reply to comments on my videos with it.
When I go to the notifications (bell) there is no text box for the answer, there is also no "reply" button
if I look at the comments by opening the video itself.

Now many people have this bug. You just have to wait until they fix it. Or try to fix it yourself - https://userscripts.org/scripts/show/138793 , follow the link to install the extension, and then a user script for it. But it didn’t help me (I checked it myself - I can also respond to user comments on my channel).
