Hello guys! Decided to start comprehending video editing. Previously, Sony Vegas was considered the most popular program in this regard. Now everything is different. Several questions arose at once -
1) What is the difference between Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, Movavi suite? What is better to choose? If my goal is no longer just processing the footage, namely the creation of bright animated videos (examples - https://vk.com/away.php?to=https%3A%2F%2Fyoutu.be%... , https:// vk.com/away.php?to=https%3A%2F%2Fyoutu.be%... )?
2) Full new versions of these programs can be downloaded on a torrent or other resources in the public domain for free, full functionality?
3) On which versions is it better to learn to work right away (English / Russian)? In official versions, there is no Russian language?
5) Is it possible to monetize the ability to work in these programs?

Premiere - 2015.4 and above. With Final Cut, everything is more complicated - many do not recognize anything higher than 7. But here it's up to you. Again, depending on what to mount.
Premiere has a Russian version, FC - I don't know. In the first one, you can enable bilingual mode .
