There is an IOS program that stores videos, you need to somehow process these videos using a neural network, similar to how the Artisto application processes. Is there a service that allows you to receive a video as a request, process it, and send it back (to the application). Why as a request? It's simple, the program should only send a request with a video, and receive back already processed, so that this process is automated, without human intervention.
