There are the basics of C ++ and Python, but I want to hear the opinions of people who have already dealt with this and hear their opinions on what literature to read and how to learn how to build algorithms, as well as how to connect python and pluses

For starters, you can look at the AI area as a whole, because. neural networks are not the only way to solve such problems. I can recommend the AI course from MIT OCW: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUl4u3cNGP6...
Alphabet seems to want to get rid of Boston Dynamics because their robots are not based on deep learning. But they do work!
And then - yes, coursera, Andrew Ng, Geoffrey Hinton. Plus read top scientific articles.

It is worth starting with the study of neural networks without being tied to a sphere, so that there are no illusions about their omnipotence. The Hinton course on the courser is scheduled to restart soon
