Where to rent a server for video conversion?

Hello. There was a need to convert video, I don’t want to assemble a separate PC for now. I think I can rent where VDS or a physical server for this business. What do you advise? Are there any verified hostings for similar purposes?

Amazon has an Elastic Transcoder
that costs $0.03 per minute for 720p video and up, and half that for lower resolution videos.

I would definitely advise renting a dedicated
virtual server is not enough, and why overpay for it, a virtual one is not for these tasks, there the price-performance ratio will be higher than that of a physical server sharpened specifically for your task with the choice of the right hardware.
