Where to read about connecting such DIY cameras?

I want to buy just such a camera
https://aliexpress.ru/item/32758077715.html?mp=1&_...
but I don’t know how to connect it and how to use it, I wanted to connect it to Raspberry pi 4 first, but how do I start learning electronics and to some kind of Atmega. (for starters, just get and display the picture on the screen) I know there are TTL USB modules, but I have no idea what and where to connect there (ground, power, RX, TX)

This camera needs a video capture card. To disassemble it (the board) can be connected via USB. This camera is analog, as you were told above, and it does not have tx / rx.
For RPi , such a ready-made camera is sold, which is connected with a separate cable. But if you want to connect it at a distance from the raspberry, then the option is not for you. Buy a cheap USB webcam.

This is generally an analog camera - it still needs an ADC for good. Those. directly in raspberi you will not stick it
