Where to look for people who can explain how to do this or that?

Good afternoon.
I actually thought about where to look for people who can help in the work, explaining how to do this or that.
I have quite a lot of experience in creating projects on freelance sites.
It all boils down to the fact that a person writes "Give me money, I'll do it, what can I explain there."
But you don’t always want to just hand over a project and not understand how it was done.
Often you just need to explain intelligibly.
In large companies, this is usually done by lead developers.
But if you work alone, and there is no one to ask)
A toaster for specific tasks is good, but it does not solve all problems.
Sometimes not only the right hint is missing, but also a kick in the right direction.
Freelance sites are also good, but only for solving a problem by another person.
And in this version, nichrome will not be clear at all :)
Is there some kind of golden mean where such people live?)))

Go work internally.
How many times have they told the world (students who started freelancing with no offline experience) that you have chosen the worst path of development.
Yes - to reach everything yourself - it's cool.
But you will do it very slowly.
We are talking about the loss of YEARS of life.
Repeatedly faced - a person has been working in freelancing for 7 years. During this time, you can become a senior.
And he is still a little better than a junior, at the level of a bad middle.
Go work internally.
In an office with strong colleagues.
