Where to look for people in the entertainment site team?

As a hobby, I create fan sites for games, at the moment I realized one very important thing,
for a long period of time I lose to those sites that are managed by several people.
As a result, the question is, where and how to find people in the site team? If anyone can, share your experience in terms of managing entertainment sites.
Regarding the search on the forums, they seemed to be close to zero efficiency.
Regarding the search in thematic groups from social networks, there people either already have their own / partner site, or are not interested in leaving the social network.
P.S. for 2 years in 4 projects I found two people who were enough for about a week.
