I would like to find such a person to whom I would sometimes throw some code or questions and find out how to solve certain problems correctly, it’s just that everywhere I searched people don’t really inspire confidence and for me they don’t take it very seriously.
What resources do you recommend?

A cooker is a scam, no professional would spend their highly paid time picking noodles for a trainee who wouldn't even pay for it normally.
