How can I find/parse a list of sites that appeared in the last year/month in the world?

There's no such thing.
There are domain renewal dates, make a service that will take domain renewal statistics and overlay statistics on the change (or not change) of the owner on it, you will get an amusing service that one person needs per month ...
But it's better to ask yourself the question - WHY DO I DO THIS?
