Why does Google Analytics show 150,000 online active users?

Sometimes analytics (about 1 time per week) shows an unrealistically large number of active users.
Currently shows 150 thousand.
Grows at about 1,000 per minute.



At the same time, the next day, these data are not in the reports.

There is no load on the site, where does the analytics get this data from?
