Many customers expect a ready-made website from a designer - they say, do it yourself, make it yourself. Let's say you can independently implement a simple landing on tilde / vp. But I can’t imagine a high-quality multi-page with a bunch of extras. functions, made by dis on the constructor.

I'm not completely new to design, but I almost never worked with websites in practice, so I'm looking for those layout designers who can implement a project for an average market price - so that the customer doesn't go nuts from the total cost) where can I find these guys?

Layout, like design, is manual labor - not machine-made. Therefore, layout designers are still in vogue.
You need to look for such a person on labor exchanges like xxru, etc. with experience in layout and integration with WordPress ... If you need a job, then they won’t go anywhere. Otherwise, a freelancer .. And again, what to be afraid of? If you do not pull, refuse the client.
Clients are certainly not ice, but for some reason they are not ashamed to tell you such things, they do not taste the whole kitchen.
