What is the problem with adapting the site?

I'm trying to adapt the site for mobile phones, vk.cc/3nWIDv (don't pay attention to the pictures), on tests with a change in screen resolution everything is displayed normally ( vk.cc/3HzbpQ ), but on the preview (Opera Mobile Emulator) some parts move out. Can you please tell me what could be causing the problem?

If you plan to layout for mobile devices, always indicate

Test on live devices whenever possible. Emulators often lie. In my opinion, for device emulation it is better to use the built-in tool in the chrome developer tools.

This is an opera and after add. plugins for changing the appearance of Yandex.Search and Facebook, you can expect anything from them. Have you tried it on other browsers? If only the problem is with opera, define the audience using this browser on this site. Maybe the game is not worth the candle if they are less than 2%.
