I know a lot of sites for finding orders for a freelancer, but everywhere you pay. I don't want to pay for a job search. This is insanity IMHO. I am ready if I need to confirm my authenticity with a phone number, but I don’t want to pay anything. Are there completely 100% free services?
P.S. At least where is the cheapest? 100 r per month may be nothing (not even money), it’s just that on many sites there is a system that you don’t pay like - some projects (usually large ones) are not available to you, only VIP performers ...

As a result, I came to the conclusion that freelancing is not for beginners, and besides, starting freelancing is very risky. I’ll give my reasons: well, I went to this upwork, for example, climbed there for some time, sent out several offers for orders that were interesting to me, so what? No one answered ... I just want to say that just because you pay for a premium on one of these services does not mean that orders will fall on you in heaps. Payment only confirms that you are not a bot, but does not confirm your skills. And you still remain a no-name in the eyes of customers. Just like when applying for a real job, everyone wants people with experience. Therefore, most likely, having paid the premium, you will still be sitting without work, and even if you are very lucky and someone agrees to give you an order (and you will complete it and you will be left a positive review) - it does not mean that one successful order will greatly lift you up in the eyes of customers. So you're going to pay every month to get a dozen reviews in a year? Only whether it will pay for the service is a big question. But do not forget that we freelance, we are not in order to pay for the service. I also want to eat. In general, I think so: maybe someday when I already have something to indicate in my resume (at least a couple of years of experience) I can try ...
PS By the way, what if you just take and give yourself some experience? Say some companies in which he allegedly worked. I think they will not check whether it was real according to the work book? It seems to me that there is no way to check this for the service or customers ... Hmm. Need to try. :D

Level 1 Zero Responsibility - a payroll worker who needs guarantees. He believes that paying for the service provided by the freelance exchange is "insanity IMHO".
Level 2 Average responsibility - a person who understands that business (including any self-employment) is not only freedom, but also a certain level of responsibility. No one guarantees anything and you have to pay for everything. But he is not yet ready to take risks for searching for an order, so he believes that a freelance exchange should do this, and creating your own company and looking for clients on the open Internet is "insanity IMHO".
Level 3 High responsibility - a person who understands that he is free to choose his own path, his occupation and is ready to pay any money for it. Usually, at a young age, he leaves the office and creates his own business.
