Don't be weird :) download https://avocode.com/ already and change your email every 14 days, it's much more convenient to work there.

If you really need only the technical part and quickly, then plus for the video from HTML Academy.
If you have time, there is a wonderful course from Lynda "Photoshop for Web Design" in Russian and a slightly newer version in English .

The layout designer does not need Photoshop. This is at least unproductive and inconvenient when there are tools such as Avocode (paid), the Brackets editor with the Extract plugin and the same thing, but only in the Adobe Assets browser (to be honest, the browser version has more features, and Brackets with Extract are still raw) .
