About Yandex-SHAD, Coursera.Org and its analogues on class-central.com - in the know, but maybe someone will advise something else suitable?

I don't think it's possible to recommend anything else. I'm looking for it myself, but everywhere they teach only the basics / superficial material. You need to look for tasks for practice, and even better work in this direction

If the basic skills and knowledge from the above sites are already enough, then you need to start learning by example.
Both case studies and real projects (try your hand) can be found on kaggle.com
