Where to go with DLE?

Hello everyone , there is a need to switch from DLE to another CMS . What do you advise ? It is desirable that the template engine be at least similar to DLE, as I am very used to it. And it is very important that it would be possible to transfer the database from DLE to the new cms . Thanks in advance to everyone for advice.

Nowhere. There are many projects that have positioned themselves as a "replacement for dle", such as atom cms and JMY, but they are all raw and need to be finalized. Dle has advanced the farthest. You have two options: either learn php (what I'm doing now) and write websites from scratch, or finish dle.
