Are there ready-made systems for conducting and monitoring the training system?

Hello!
At work, I faced the task of organizing an online system for organizing and monitoring trainings. It is planned to conduct about 50 different trainings for several dozen different groups of employees.
The list of Wishlist for the system is put forward approximately as follows:

• Need a table with a schedule of classes for each group
  
• The head of each group administers his group, i.e. the time and place for each training, as well as notes that the training was completed and who was absent from it
  
• You need the opportunity to transfer an employee from one group to another if he could not attend the training in his own
  
• We also need some reporting / attendance statistics
  
• Email notifications in Outlook and pulling up employees from Active Directory are desirable
  

Please let me know if anyone has come across a similar problem and solved it somehow? For us, a solution (if it exists) on 1C Bitrikh is preferable, but we are considering all possible options, any CMS and platforms. We consider products both freely distributed (which would be ideal) and for a reasonable fee.

On Bitrix24 you can do something similar.
See if the cloud solution is enough for you - it is relatively inexpensive, and for small groups it is generally free.
If you take a license for a corporal, it will already cost serious money. But with your copy, you can make the necessary improvements. True, it won't be cheap either.

Also, the blue button seems to have integration with Redmine.

The task is certainly not easy, especially if there are many employees. To be honest, it’s much easier for me when trainings are organized here by special companies, and they always settle all these nuances themselves. Although it would certainly be interesting, but sometimes there is simply not enough time.
