Where to go to study after 9 with a minimum budget?

Hello, first a little background.
By coincidence of life circumstances, now I have no parents, I recently moved to the village to my aunt. I study in the 8th grade, my aunt put me before the fact that I have to leave after 9th and leave to study.
I have aptitude for mathematics, physics, computer science (I am fond of studying programming, now I am slowly learning the basics and a little ECMAScript), I have good grades in the last quarter, I also studied in the city, I had one 4 and the rest 5.
I am in any case you need a college to get an education and get a good job.
Advise where to go to study, so that later in this city you can work and possibly live, preferably not Moscow or St. Petersburg. tight with money.

Any college / vocational school with a minimum load, so that you can skip couples. And you devote all your free time to self-study. In six months or a year you can become a freelancer, and money will appear there. Well, decide for yourself, your life.

What can I say?
I strongly doubt that with a rural education you will be able to enter the capital's educational institutions.
And yes, you should also be more modest with an assessment of success, after all, the “first guy in the village” works here (you know the continuation).
The situation is complicated by the fact that now there is only one free education - either specialized secondary or higher education.
In your case it looks like it would be secondary special.
Therefore, choose any nearest large city (under a million inhabitants) and google decent colleges. The college should be with a decent hostel. This is the only condition that is required of him)
18 you will turn 2-3 on the course - by this time you should already be of interest to the employer.

Choose colleges where there is an IT direction. Firstly, maybe they will teach something worthwhile. Secondly, after that it will be easier to enter the IT tower. Thirdly, you will get a crust of at least some kind of IT direction in order to legally get into state-owned companies for some initial positions and stand out from the background of former taxi drivers, military men and history teachers who are moving into IT.
Plus, if you get an IT background, then in the army, where you will be sent after training, there is a chance to get somewhere in the headquarters and sit to deal with computers. And do not support somewhere in the company, where your comrades will be degenerates
Ps Well, in general, this is such a thing. Let's say, if you go to the welder, turner, etc., then to the army, and after it to free swimming. Then it will even be easier to get a job at some factory and get a room in a hostel than with IT.

Technical school / vocational school / colleges, etc. There are also some for IT. I hired one programmer after a similar technical school.
They also give scholarships.

I have aptitude for mathematics, physics, computer science
- did you participate in the olympiads?
- won?
.. if not and not, then everything is far from being so rosy. maybe there are makings, but they are not confirmed by anyone, except perhaps by comparison with classmates (but this is most likely just a bad standard)
I am fond of learning programming, now I am slowly learning the basics and a little ECMAScript
get carried away a little, and you have to not slowly, but very, very, very much, constantly .. with rare breaks for food, sleep and other things .. otherwise:
... as VamDam said ,
Well, in general, this is such a thing. Let's say, if you go to the welder, turner, etc., then to the army, and after it to free swimming. Then it will even be easier to get a job at some factory and get a room in a hostel than with IT.
.. the harsh truth of life
.. if the inclinations (as well as sufficient diligence .. or sufficient obstinacy?) are still really there, set goals:
- higher education
- in this country, for today, there is only one choice (for a programmer) applied mathematics
- break the path to achieving goals into stages, and achieve the stages
is all.

Zero money, nowhere to live...
Hike the only option to study where there is a hostel, and take the most free specialty in order to be absent from school as much as possible and not bother with surrendering any garbage.
While away from school, work somewhere to earn enough for food and, ideally, get a little experience, after graduation, get a permanent job with this experience.
Because there is one more year, I would recommend to join freelancing.
If there is talent, then theoretically even a schoolboy can upgrade freelance in a year to the level that is enough for a room in a communal apartment on the outskirts and food, this can expand the options for entering educational institutions without a hostel.

In your case, I advise you not to limit yourself to the IT direction, but also to see what factories are in your region and go to a vocational school, and then to a university in this specialty. Plus, as far as I know, working specialties, World Skills, construction teams and all that are now in demand in Russia. If it’s still IT, then I advise you to go for an internship in a large company

I am very glad that you all answered me. Now it became more clear about my further possibilities. True, the phrase "the first guy in the village" makes me laugh a lot, I moved here recently, before that I lived in a fairly large city in an ordinary educational school. There I have, interestingly, the grades were a little better. But I think this is due to a sharp change in the situation. I will put a lot of emphasis on learning programming languages and English, because there is a whole summer ahead. More on the situation.
