Where to get practice in mobile application development?

Good afternoon. My name is Roman. I am 32 years. He received a higher education in the field of food production. I did not work in my specialty, tk. low salary in the region where I live (small town). I have been working in the trade for 5 years. I work only for money, because work does not bring pleasure.
For almost 10 years now (since I started making money on my own), I have been spending all my free time with smartphones, tablets (testing new game applications, I love everything related to these gadgets).
Years later, I began to understand that I had chosen the wrong profession, I had to get an education in the IT field. I work with a schedule of 2 through 2. I was interested in the development of mobile applications for Android, IOS (I want to do what I love and earn money at the same time). I really want to study, but with income in the provinces, it’s impossible to get an expensive online education.
Please tell me where should I start learning? I think that the most important thing is practice, but you won’t find such a job here, only remotely online.
Ready to work and study for free or for min. payment with the master (perform any work related to the development, promotion, sale) only to learn and practice.
Thanks in advance to all who respond!

Why do you all think that you need to pay huge $$$ for training.
There are a lot of resources with free information, for example - startandroid.ru - free video tutorials, articles.
There is official documentation, where everything is chewed up, but only knowledge of English is needed (and you can do without it, there are 100,500 different translators).
Not enough practice? So take and write something, if there is a lack of imagination, then scroll through the play market, try to write something that you like, here's your practice.
In a year or two, you can gain good experience to work in a more or less professional company and earn an income of 50 to 100 tons. and more depending on experience. A small city is not a problem if you have the Internet, learn, practice, gain experience and show what you can do, you will either be offered a remote job, or they will offer assistance in moving, etc.

If you have the desire and patience, start learning yourself, first choose one platform: Android or iOS. Find online video courses, books, make yourself a study plan.
When reading books and watching video courses, be sure to follow the examples. If you choose Android, there is a basic course on Android on Coursera , after watching it and completing all the tasks, you can already have an idea of \u200b\u200bhow it works. If you are not familiar with Java, it is better to start by learning it.
Then come up with an idea for your application, and practice (more effectively) using official documentation, going back to books, reading forums.
