Choose the one that is more profitable.
If you know how to generate ideas and algorithms for solving problems - assess the market, draw up a business plan and deduce the risks for each of the projects, you should not have any problems.

I think the bulletin board will be more in demand. If you personally will be programming, and not generating ideas for a development team, then in your case I advise you to first get programming skills, and then take on the project.
