Where to get orders for the development of sites outside the freelance exchange?

Hello comrades!
I have been working on freelance exchanges for several years (Front-end development and turnkey website development). I came to the conclusion that in principle it is very convenient and wonderful, But.
1) Very low price tags. When you start to respect yourself and leave offers that approach at least the average market value of a truly high-quality product, there is always some kind of Vasily who will not only give in on the price tag and do it practically for food, but also pay the customer from above and promises lifetime support for the project.
You have to be within the local market of a particular exchange, and evaluate tasks not objectively, but in such a way that the client likes it against the background of other offers.
Of course, you can completely ignore the local market and set the correct price, many do just that. But in this case, there are very few orders, and the fact that they are larger does not pay off.
2) Intermediaries. It is very rare to find a direct client with whom you can work productively and discuss how it would be better to do certain things, realizing that the customer is interested in a good result.
Managers often hand over very poorly formed tasks and they will not even be able to explain why something needs to be implemented differently than they decided. Especially if this can somehow affect the budget, and they were going to pay the programmer only 10 out of 72 thousand from a direct client.
3) Deadlines. Despite the fact that you have to work for a penny, while also playing a damaged phone with a direct client, you also have to juggle these cheap projects. In a month, you can complete 2 stores, 3 landings and a couple of business cards, and at the same time, the output is barely enough to make ends meet. At the same time, you need to immediately manage to find the next such project almost without days off, and as a result, you get a cycle of suffering that squeezes all your life energy out of you, and even your favorite work does not bring significant pleasure.
Although, this is strange, but for some reason it still brings.
But now is not about that.
I ask those who will answer not to get hung up on freelance exchanges and how to improve their productivity in them.
I want a specifically different way to search for clients on the Internet, and without template advice about word of mouth or a long and painful creation, promotion of your own site.
You need something that will work right now (or a little bit later)

Learn English and learn to respect yourself.
1. On foreign exchanges, those who are really above average are paid very well.
2. Fuck Vasya, who are ready to work for food. Are you better than them (if not, then this should stop the discussion)? Wealthy clients chase quality, not low price, and sweep away all "Indians" at the first stage. Feel free to rate yourself higher. It is possible that this will improve your results.
3. Real LinkedIn Theme. Just register a profile, add all your colleagues and acquaintances who are registered there as friends, fill in all the information about your skills, and you will be surprised how HRs will start knocking on you. Sometimes with pretty tasty offers.
4. StackOverflow Jobs, remote work.

Perhaps some chats, forums, groups of "novice businessmen", I'm not talking about quotes, but where people really communicate about all this.
I accidentally caught 2 online stores in a cart in a chat about business, everything was successful, maybe you can do it too.

Walk around with a sign under the building where BM conducts "urinotherapy" sessions (Peeing in the ears of clients for crazy money), which says that you are a cool developer.
But then you have to deal with a little (and somewhere not very) sane people. If it's not scary - success is guaranteed)

It is necessary to convey 5 points to a potential customer:
1. Presentation (portfolio)
2. Price, how / on what it will be done and for how long
3. Guarantees: when it will be done (and whether it will be), how it should work and what to do if it breaks .
4. Why are you better than others?
5. Who can confirm your professional suitability?
1. A small presentation
2. Simple, but unusual! Personal site.
3. Group in Telegram.
4. Sample code on github (maybe a little later...)
Total: chat group (support and answers to questions) <-> website (presentation there) give instant synergy (especially if you do everything QUALITATIVELY).

My word of mouth works with a bang. I have not been looking for orders for 2 years now. There are several companies that constantly attract me, they give 80% of the work and 20% others (they find it themselves). Recently, I began to choose what to take and what not. So the main thing is to build a clientele. Do well, solve problems, not create them. And everything will be ok, but the process is not fast of course.
Those who find you freelancing are usually looking for and can find another there. So it seems to me that it is better to look towards https://moikrug.ru . I found a lot of regulars there. The studio works for example with wp, it has its own wp developers, sometimes you need something more complex, for example yii, attract me.

On job search services, you can find vacancies for remote work. Sometimes these are one-time orders, sometimes not.
If you exclude promotion through your own website or word of mouth, then this is probably the only option.
But there may also be intermediaries / low price tags / inadequate deadlines

Not a bad option, create a profile on Linkedin.
If it is well filled out, indicate all the skills and describe what exactly you do.
I recommend adding several thousand recruiters as friends, then there will be offers.
The main thing is not to overdo it with the addition, they can block it.
And indicate the name / surname as in the passport, in case of blocking.
You can also send your resume to these guys: https://recruteam.pro
They often have project work, including those without requirements for spoken English.

On freelance sites, there is a lot of competition from novice programmers, everyone needs work experience and a portfolio, well, this is mainly for simpler orders. If you are a good programmer and you have a lot of experience, you should try to take on more complex work, perhaps they will be less clear at first.
You can maintain a profile on LinkedIn, many HRs contact both for work in the office and for project work. At first, you will need to upgrade your acc, add all the necessary information indicating your experience, add colleagues and HRs.
And also very good in terms of price category - foreign freelance sites.
