If you complete the project through arbitration, can the customer leave a bad review?
I took a project on fl.ru through a safe deal, but got excited, I blame myself for a rash decision. If I go to arbitration to get the money back to the customer, will he be able to leave me a bad review?

The arbitral tribunal does not make a separate decision whether or not to allow the parties to exchange opinions. The commission decides only how to deal with the budget of the transaction.
By decision of the arbitration:
- when the budget is returned to the customer, only the customer leaves a review ;
- when paying the entire amount of the fee to the performer, only the performer leaves a review ;
- when dividing the amount between the parties , no one can leave a review .
Mutual agreement of the parties (when the customer and the contractor have agreed simultaneously on two issues: what to do with the amount of the fee and whether the feedback exchange rule is satisfied by default for such situations):
- when the budget is returned to the customerboth sides do not put feedback ;
- when paying the entire amount of the fee to the performer, both parties put reviews ;
- when dividing the amount between the parties , both parties put reviews .
Cancellation of the transaction (subject to the following conditions: the parties cannot reach an agreement on their own; a full review of the work in arbitration and / or continuation of cooperation is impossible due to extraordinary circumstances that the parties to the transaction could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures):
- the parties do not exchange reviews .
So there will be no deal, how will he leave a review? At least on Kwork, this is the logic. Depending on the reason for the failure of the transaction, the rating may be lowered.
he can leave a bad review without deals - fl.ru is always on the side of the customer, at least it used to be like that
