Upwork: how to see the number of your responses to orders per month?

At the end of December, I used up all my responses to Upwork. A couple of days ago I tried to respond - it worked. I decided that the deadline has passed and again I can leave 30 responses. Now I tried - again the limit of responses was exceeded and I can not respond.
Is it possible to somehow track the number of responses per month and how to find out when this month started and when it ends?
In general, the system with the number of responses to Upwork remains a mystery to me.

Settings -> Membership & Connects -> Current Billing Cycle

In the reports section there are reports on responses. The month starts on the 1st for everyone. You just got one of the responses back (job canceled by client), so you managed to respond again this month.
