Where to get inspiration for website design?

For the second month I have been overcome by creative impotence.
I'm trying to make a good design for my blog, but I've never been satisfied with any of the end results: not atmospheric, ugly, uncomfortable, too casual, too colorful, etc.
Actually the question is: where can you gain skills in building frames?

Get inspired on Behance or Dribbble . And in general, it can be useful to go out, take a walk, go out of town, or even make a trip to unfamiliar cities. Being in the same environment, contemplating the same things around you and not changing your social circle, it is unlikely that a fresh and good idea can come to your head, radically different from your previous works.

I've just stumbled upon a chic design while freelancing. I'm not a designer, but I really wanted to learn how to draw websites.f_896549f0b4edb59a.png

Well, who said that you will immediately do what you need. Do what will be done - run, then fake / redo. And get rid of everything superfluous.
