Where to get fonts when Font2Web does not work and Google Fonts does not own such fonts?

I always took fonts for layout from 2 places:
1) Google Fonts
2) NoMail and converted to Font2Web
But now Font2Web converts fonts in such a way that instead of fonts in the archive there are 2 files with links to a page with paid fonts.
Prompt free resources with fonts, if they are not available on GF.
I googled and found several sites, but with very shitty fonts and lack of the right ones.
Perhaps a NoMail oversight, or a Font2Web oversight, or maybe it's just me (
