How to create cyrillic pdf file from ghostscript?

Good afternoon. Trying to generate pdf via ghostscript as follows

gswin64c -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=myfile.pdf -sFONTPATH="C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.27\Resource\Font" -dEmbedAllFonts=true -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH C:\Users\Username\Desktop\gsTest\encodetest.ps

The file is created, but instead of Cyrillic characters - krakozyabry.
Tried output like this:

Roboto converted from ttf to pfa.
On the Internet, I found advice to output through glyphshow character by character:
