Google Sheets how to change the default font?

Format -> Select a theme -> click the "Settings" button next to the current theme -> set the default font in the settings in the "Font" field -> save the theme ("Finish" button)
If the default font is lost when importing from excel into Google Sheets for all tabs of the table, it is enough to set the default font for the theme (as described above) and in all tabs where the default font was previously, it will change to the new specified font.
