Where to find hr hunters for your job search community?

Where to find hr hunters for your community? I created a job search group for androd developers. People are joining, but there is no one to post messages about vacancies and answer questions.
Where do large clusters of hrs live?

Once you have created a group, then promote it yourself, make it lively and interesting. Do it yourself repost ads from hh.ru, etc. Or do you hope that people will join themselves, HRs will come themselves, and you will get a net profit without any tension?)))
Did you think that a small new group in VK would immediately attract Headhunter sharks? Moreover, it is the hunters who are unlikely to post the announcement, they will immediately write a job/cooperation proposal to the adequate members of your group.

I understand that employers with offers do not enter your group. Well, first of all, hrs will look at the number of participants and the liveliness of the audience. Participants vice versa on the number of vacancies. hmm, collision.
The only way out is to fill a crowd of subscribers and find a person who will climb sites to look for and post interesting vacancies and offer them to IT groups (only without fanaticism, otherwise they will definitely be banned).
