Where to edit the Bitrix24 infoblock template? Is the file being created?
Tell me please.
There was a problem that the properties are not displayed, I created "Name, contacts", and only "Name" is displayed, it is not clear where this field comes from.

Where are they not displayed?
If in the admin: go to any element, the gear on the right, add the necessary properties.
If in a connected component: go to the component settings and select the desired properties to display.
